Oprah Winfrey drinks it to manage her weight, and everyone who his boosting their metabolism with it call it the “oprah tea“.

What is it? It’s name is Wulong Oolong, and it has been used for hundreds of years in Chinese Medicine to help people lose weight safely.

Celebrities like Oprah Winfrey use Oolong tea to maintain a healthy, attractive weight, and Oprah adds a mix of cinnamon, allspice, cloves and lemon and orange slices to her tea to make it an extra special treat.

How To Lose Weight With The Oprah Tea:

  1. Mix one tablespoon of Wulong-Oolong with boiling water and leave to steep for 5 minutes.

  2. Drink 3 times a day with meals. Do not add honey or sugar.

  3. If you have a sweet tooth, add Stevia powder or cinnamon to sweeten.

  4. Wulong-Oolong can be left to cool and iced, if you prefer iced tea.

  5. Wulong-Oolong is also available in capsules, if you do not like the taste of tea.
